Mild acts subscale consists of items 1–13. Severe acts subscale consists of items 14–26. Unwanted Pursuit Behaviors total scores are computed by summing the items endorsed by each respondent. A second total score‚ the Unwanted Pursuit Behavior Severity Index‚ can be cr‎eated by only including those items that were reported to have had a negative impact on the respondent. These negative unwanted pursuit behaviors are then weighted by the frequency report. The severe acts (items 14–26) are double-weighted. Note that negative response is not assessed for items 14–26.
