The kid∙FRIENDLy Student Survey was developed by the WKU [Western Kentucky University] Rock Solid Evaluation Team to evaluate goals of the GRREC/OVEC kid∙FRIENDLy RTT-D grant.

The following questions are for Kindergarten through 3rd grade students.
