شرح سایت روان سنجی: این ابزار به عنوان اندازه ای از نمودهای عملکردی زندگی (مهارت های زندگی) در موفقیت مردمی که در بیمارستان ها و جامعه با شیزوفرنی سر می کردند، پدید آمده است.
نسخه های گوناگونی از این ابزار منتشر شده است. نسخه 39 گویه ای توسط "تراور، 1995"، نسخه 20 گویه ای توسط "روزن، 2001" و نسخه 16 گویه ای توسط پدیدآورندگان ارائه شده است. این سه نسخه علاوه بر تفاوت در گویه ها، در خرده مقیاس ها نیز تفاوت هایی دارند.
