شرح سایت روان سنجی: این پزسشنامه نخست توسط " دوپویی، 1984" ارائه شد، چند سال بعد به همراهی "جان ویر" آن را بازنگری کردند. از آن پس به بسیاری از زیان های دنیا برگردان و در پژوهش ها به کارگرفته شده است. پس از آن نسخه های SF-12 و SF-36 پدید آمد.
شاخص سلامت روانی عمومی دارای شش زمینه : اضطراب، خلق افسرده، سلامت مثبت، مهار خود، سلامتی عمومی و سرزندگی است.
"گروسی و همکاران، 2006" نسخه کوتاه این پرسشنامه را که در برگیرنده ماده های 5، 6، 7، 18، 20 و 21 است را ارائه کردند.
اعتبار: هماهنگی درونی برای 22 ماده بسیار خوب و متعدد، کمینه 0.80 و بیشینه 0.92 گزارش شده است. برای نسخه کوتاه در گروه های متعدد، از 63.6 تا 0.85 گزارش شده است. "گروسی و همکاران، 2006)
