اعتبار: بازآزمایی چهار هفته ای 0.82 و 0.83 در دو نمونه (فیفر، 1975)، بازآزمایی پس از 4 هفته همبستگی درونی 0.81 (کیرل و همکاران، 1983)، بازآزمایی 2-4 هفته ای در 36 بیمار بستری طولانی مدت 0.85 و آلفا 0.86 (لشر و همکار، 1986)، و آلفای 0.37 در گزارش (شولتز و همکار، 1998)
نمره گذاری
• 0 – 2 errors = Intact Intellectual Functioning
• 3 – 4 errors = Mild Intellectual Impairment
• 5 – 7 errors = Moderate Intellectual Impairment
• 8 – 10 errors = Severe Intellectual Impairment
(Allow one more error for a subject with only a grade school education. Allow one less error for a subject with education beyond high school. Allow one more error for African-American subjects‚ using identical educational criteria.)
