شرح سایت روان سنجی: این سیاهه کاربردی برای ثیت شدت درد و تاثیر آن بر عملکرد بیمار نزد بیماران سرطانی پدید آمد، که برای سایر بیماران نیز هم بصورت بالینی و هم به صورت پاسخ دهی فرد به کار گرفته شد.
"داوت و همکاران، 1983" پرسشنامه کوتاه درد ویسکانسین را پدید آوردند که بخشی از آن از پرسشنامه "مک گیل" است.
