شرح سایت روان سنجی: مقیاسی بالینی در دو بخش است، در بخش نخست، جایگاه فرد از نظر ناتوانی درجه بندی می شود و در بخش دوم میزان پریشانی، درد و رنج روانی ناشی از آن ناتوانی توصیف می شود.
اعتبار: بازآزمایی برآورد شده برای 50 داوطلب % 97.2 نزد 10 ارزیاب
نمره گذاری: هفت رده ناتوانی و چهار رده پریشانی، 28 حالت پدید می آورد که برای آن وزنی وجود دارد. نمونه: (1‚A): 1.00 تا (7‚C): 0.00 ، (4‚B): 0.956، (7‚D): -1.145
