شرح سایت روان سنجی: پرسشنامه دارای سه خرده مقیاس "خستگی عاطفی" ، "خود دگر بینی" و "احساس شایستگی" است.
این پرسشنامه توسط "لیلا غزیزی، زهرا فیض ابادی، لعیا بشاش و مریم صالحی، 1387" به فارسی برگردان شده است.
خرده مقیاس ها و آلفا:
Cronbach alpha ratings are .90 for emotional exhaustion‚ .76 for depersonalization‚ and .76 for personal accomplishment (Maslach & Jackson‚ 1986)
