شرح سایت روان سنجی: این پرسشنامه توانایی فرد را برای تنظیم و درک هیجان ها را می سنجد. نه خرده مقیاس "آگاهی"، "احساس"، "روشنی یا وضوح"، "فهم"، " پذیرش"، "مدارا"، "دلسوز خود" ، "آماده مقابله" و "اصلاح هیجان منفی""دارد.
AW = awareness; SE = sensation; CL = clarity; UN = understanding; AC = acceptance; RES = resilience; SESU = compassionate self-support; R to C = readiness to confront(situations that cue aversive emotions); MOD = modification of negative emotions‚ tolerance

اعتبار: هماهنگی درونی در نسخه آلمانی 0.90 و برای خرده مقیاس ها 0.68-0.81، باآزمایی پس از 2 هفته 0.75 و برای خرده مقیاس ها 0.48- 0.74
محمدی و همکاران، آلفای نسخه ایرانی را 0.93 گزارش کرده اند.
