شرح سایت روان سنجی: این پرسشنامه دو بعد طرد شدگی و نادیده گرفتن را می سنجد. چهار کونه: الف) احساس تنهایی، ب) ارزیابی کودک از همسالان کنونی، پ) برداشت کودک ار نیازهای مهم در ارتباط و ت) برداشت کودک از کفایت و یا عدم کفایت اجتماعی خود را در بر دارد.
اعتبار: هماهنگی درونی، آلفا کرونباخ برای 16 گویه 0.90، اسپیرمن – براون 0.89، گاتمن 0.89 (اشر و همکار، 1983)
نمره گذاری: هشت گویه در نمره گذاری وارد نمی شود.
