شرح سایت روان سنجی: این مقیاس با 37 ماده در سال 2000 با عنوان Attitudes Toward Diabetes برای سنجش خودکارآمدی افراد دارای دیابت ارائه شد. پس از تحلیل عاملی 28 ماده با سه عامل پدید آمد. نسخه کوتاه آن در 8 ماده با عنوان Diabetes Empowerment Scale در سال 2003 ارائه شد.
اعتبار: هماهنگی درونی، آلفا کرونباخ برای فرم 28 ماده ای 0.96 و برای فرم 8 ماده ای 0.84 گزارش شده است.
