شرح سایت روان سنجی: این مقیاس برای سنجش ابعاد روان شناختی توانمندسازی کارکنان پدید آمده است و سه خرده مقیاس "ادراک از مهار"، ادارک از ایستگی" و "اهداف عمومی" دارد.
خرده مقیاس ها و اعتبار: هماهنگی درونی، آلفا کرونباخ به شرح زیر و بازازمایی پس از دو هفته به ترتیب 0.87، 0.77 و 0.86
