شرح سایت روان سنجی: این ابزار در سال 2008 توسط "وآنگار و دانشجویانش" برای اندازه گیری عوامل فردی، خانوادگی ، اجتماعی و فرهنگی تاب آوری و شایستگی نزد نوجوانان پدید آمد. در سال 2009 سی وپنج پژوهشگر از 11 کشور و 14 گروه اجتماعی این ابزار با تخصص های روش شناسی و فرهنگی متفاوت در "مرکز پژوهش تاب آوری"  مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت.
"مرکز پژوهش تاب آوری" سه ویژگی فردی (مهارت های شخصی، پشتیبانی همسالان و مهارت های اجتماعی)، دو ویژگی مراقبان (فیزیکی و روان شناختی) و سه ویژگی زمینه (معنوی، تحصیلی و فرهنگی) برای این ابزار مشخص می کند.

اعتبار: هماهنگی درونی، آلفا کرونباخ 0.90 با خرده مقیاس های انجمن 0.86 ، خانواده 0.72 و فردی 0.78(زاهرادنیک و همکاران، ) و در مطالعه ای در کانادا برای کل و خرده مقیاس های "فردی"، "مراقب" و "زمینه ای" به ترتیب 0.87، 0.80، 0.83 و 0.79 و  بازآزمایی در دو بازه زمانی 2 هفته و 3 ماه بیش از 0.7 (لیبنبرگ و همکاران،2012)
