9.    Good work benefits both one's self and others.

اعتبار: آلفا کرونباخ اخلاق کار اسلامی 0.89 و فردگرایی 0.79
نمره گذاری: ماده های 1-47 اخلاق کار اسلامی و 48-53 فردگرایی است. ماده های * دار معکوس نمره گذاری می شوند.
Scale 1-5: strongly disagree to strongly agree
