Family Centrality Scale
1.    The major satisfaction in my life comes from my family.
2.    The most important things that happen to me involve my family.
3.    My family-related activities are more important than the other activities in my life.
4.    Overall‚ I consider family to be very central to my existence.
Work centrality: Cronbach alpha was .76 and .80
1)    Work should only be a small part of one’s life.
2)    In my view‚ an individual’s personal life goals should be work oriented.
3)    Life is worth living only when people get absorbed in work
4)    The major satisfaction in my life comes from my work.
5)    The most important things that happen to me involve my work.
6)    I have other activities more important than my work.

شرح سایت روان سنجی: هدف از این تحقیق بررسی روابط متقابل بین سه ساختار رفتاری درگیری شغلی ، رضایت شغلی و تعهد سازمانی است. بر این اساس ، یک مدل ساختاری برای ترسیم تعامل بین این سازه ها و بررسی تأثیر واسطه گر رضایت شغلی بر رابطه بین مشارکت شغلی و تعهد سازمانی تهیه شده است.
شواهد روان سنجی:
Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of .79 for work centrality and .77 for family centrality
