این پرسشنامه در پی آن است که دریابد کدام کودک به هنگام مشکل به پرخاشگری با همسالان دست می یازد. دارای هفت سازه: پرخاشگری فیزیکی و کلامی، غیر مستقیم، حل سازنده تعارض، مداخله به عنوان ثالث، پرهیز و قربانی است.
آزمودنی نام هم کلاس های خود را در زیر هر سازه نوشته و برپایه : هرگز، بندرت، گاهی، اغلب و همیشه او را ارزیابی می کند.
