شرح تارنمای روان سنجی :  این ابزار به منظور سنجش سطوح عادات فردی، توانایی ادراک شخص برای جلوگیری از واکنش های استرس زا به زندگی طراحی شده، دارای 82 گویه و چهار عامل : چاره جویی اجتماعی، خویشتن پذیری، ادراک مهار خودو دیدگاه نگهدارنده (حفاظتی) است. در این جا تنها گویه های دو عامل آمده است.
نسخه 60 گویه ای این ابزار نیز ارائه شده است. اگرگویه های 3 و 5 و 6و 9 و 10 و 11 و 3 را از دوعامل نخست بیافزاییم، تعداد گویه ها به 67 می رسد. دسترسی به 15 گویه میسر نشد.
