7. I could just as well be working for a different organization as long as the type of work was similar. (R)

شرح پایگاه روان سنجی: این ابزار نخستین بار توسط "پورتر و اسمیت، 1970" پدید آمد و از آن پس مطالعه های گوناگونی بر آن شده است. برخی آن را دارای یک عامل و برخی آن را دو عاملی (اینجا) خوانده اند.
اعتبار: "مودی و دیگران، 1979" در بررسی ده نمونه ، آلفا کرونباخ آن را 0.82 و 0.93 و بازآزمایی دو، سه و چهار ماه را 0.53 تا 0.72 گزارش کرده اند.
نمره گذاری نسخه 15 گویه ای
(1) strongly disagree: (2) moderately disagree: (3) slightly disagree: (4) neither disagree nor agree: (5) slightly agree: (6) moderately agree: (7) strongly agree. An "R" denotes a negatively phrased and reverse scored item.
