شرح سایت روان سنجی: این ابزار برای سنجش روند بهبودی بیماران جدی روانی بدون پرداختن به اندازه گیری علائم و یا نشانه های مدیریت بازیابی است. حالت درگیری و وابستگی، خود- توانمندی، یادگیری و بازتعریف خود، عملکرد عمومی، سلامت عمومی، توانمندی های جدید، غنی سازی و معنویت خرده مقیاس ها هستند. یادآوری شود که معنویت به عنوان یک خرده مقیاس به شمار نیامده است.
