شرح سایت روان سنجی: این ابزارها میزان جهت گیری سازمانی فرد در محیط کارش را اندازه گیری می کند. جهت گیری سازمانی ارتباط قوی یا رفتار سازمانی و رضایت شغلی فرد دارد. اگرچه می توان سه مقیاس جهت گیری را به گونه مستقل به کار گرفت ولی تصویر کاملی از جهت گیری به دست نمی دهد.

5 = Strongly Agree; 4 = Agree; 3 = Undecided; 2 = Disagree; 1 = Strongly Disagree.
