شرح سایت روان سنجی: نسخه نخست این پرسشنامه در دو بخش تنظیم شده است، در بخش نخست ده حوزه دارای اهمیت در زندگی خود را درحه بندی می کنند. این بخش برای شناسایی حوزه پر اهمیت زندگی نزد پاسخ دهنده است. در بخش دوم پاسخ دهنده هماهنگی هر حوزه را با ارزش های خود رده بندی می کند. 
در نسخه دوم، دو حوزه و سه پرسش به افزوده شده است که پاسخ دهنده هر یک از حوزه ها را پنج بار "امکان"، "اهمیت کنونی"، اهمیت کلی"، کنش رضایت بخش" و "نگرانی" از 1 تا 10نمره گذاری می کند.
اعتبار: هماهنگی درونی، آلفا کرونباخ برای "اهمیت" و "پایداری" 0.77 و 0.75 و کل پرسشنامه 0.77 (ویلسون و همکاران، 2010)
