شرح سایت روان سنجی: این ابزار به ارزیابی این که برنامه آموزشی تا چه اندازه بر پایه مدل Strengths-Based Practices است، می پردازد. این مدل (خانواده محور) بر قدرت و توانمندی های خانواده، توانمندی های کودک متمرکز است. در این مدل بجای آن که مهار فرد ناتوان در اختیار خدمت دهنده باشد، کوشش می شود تا مراجع، آن را مدیریت کند و بر نقش خانواده تاکید می شود.
