شرح سایت روان سنجی: این مقیاس برای سنجش احساس توانمندی جوانان 9-21 سال دارای شرایط سلامت روانی وخیم هستند، طراحی شده است. زمینه های خود مدیریتی شرایط سلامت روانی (اعتماد و خوش بینی درباره مقابله با شرایط خود)، خود مدیریتی خدمات و پشتیبانی (اعتماد به نفس و خوش بینی در همکاری و همراهی با خدمت دهنده برای دریافت خدمت و پشتیبانی) و بهره گیری از تجربه ها و دانش برای کمک به همسالان (اعتماد به نفس و خوش بینی در بهتر کردن خدمات و یاری و آگاهی دادن به دیگران)  را در بر دارد.
اعتبار: هماهنگی درونی، آلفا کرونباخ برای کل ابزار 0.91، خود 0.85، خدمات 0.83، نظام 0.88 . ثبات در نمونه ای کوچکتر پس از 6 ماه 0.73 برای کل، 0.72 برای خود، 0.95 برای خدمات و 0.71 برای نظام
