شرح سایت روان سنجی: این پرسشنامه شدت درک شده از 35 مشکل غیر اختصاصی جسمی را بر پایه DSM-III-R اندازه گیری می کند. در سال 2009 نسخه بازنگری شده آن با 24 ماده ارائه شد. ماده های نسخه بزرگسالان نیز همین ها است.
در سال 2017 این پرسشنامه توسط "نگین بدیهیان" به فارسی برگردان شده است.
اعتبار: هماهنگی درونی، آلفا کرونباخ 0.9 برای نسخه 35 ماده ای و 0.88 برای نسخه 24 ماده ای. باز آزمایی نسخه 35 ماده ای 0.5 و 0.66 در دو گروه از بیماران. و بازآزمایی پس از سه ماه 0.54 در سال 2005
