شرح سایت روان سنجی: این مقیاس برای اندازه گیری نگرش به تن طراحی شده است. درجه رضایت نا ناخشنودی از بخش یا فرایند بدن را اندازه گیری می کند. همچنین اعتماد به نفس فرد را در این زمینه مورد توجه قرار می دهد.
مقیاس به دو بخش تقسیم می شود: نخست به 46 بخش بدن و عملکرد آن گوش داده و سپس 55 باور از انتظارات ارائه می شود. که هردو دارای مقیاسی 5 گزینه ای زیر هستند.

اعتبار: همگنی دونیمه کردن اسپیرمن –براون نزد زنان و مردان برای تمرکز روانی بدنی 0.83 و 0.78 و برای تمرکز روانی خود 0.92 و 0.88
نمره گذاری:
1. Have strong feelings and wish change could somehow be made.
2. Don't like‚ but can put up with.
3. Have no particular feelings one way or the other.
4. Am satisfied.
5. Consider myself fortunate.
