اعتبار: هماهنگی درونی، آلفا کرونباخ در نسخه 2006 برای اضطراب تنی 0.84؛ نگرانی 0.89؛ اختلال تمرکز 0.84 و برای کل 15 ماده 0.91
بازآزمایی در یک نمونه 21 عضوی ، اضطراب تنی 0.76، نگرانی 0.90، اختلال تمرکز 0.85 و برای کل 0.87
