شرح سایت روان سنجی: نسخه نخستین سیاهه اختلالات روانی در سال 1973 توسط دراگویتس ،لیپمین و کوری پدیدآمد. "دراگویتس و همکارانش" در سال 1984آن را بازنگری کردند. این ابزار دارای 9 خرده مقیاس 1) جسمانی سازی، 2) وسواس، 3) حساسیت در روابط متقابل، 4) افسردگی، 5) اضطراب، 6) پرخاشگری، 7) ترس بیمارگونه، 8) افکار پارانوئید و 9) روان پریشی است.
بررسی روایی و اعتبار این ابزار توسط میرزایی در سال 1359 در ایران انجام شده و پس از آن در پژوهش های زیادی به کار گرفته شده است.
اعتبار: 0.80 در گزارش میرزایی
